Yoga

Basic yoga poses. You will leave class feeling looser, longer and more relaxed. It is the yoga of balance and design to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation. It includes asanas, breathing techniques and meditation.


Fitball

Fitball is a ball based training class that works your core muscles including the abdominals, back, bum and thighs. Simply sitting on the fitball engages your core muscles and stabilisers. In class, our Fitball Gym Plus instructor will show you how to perform exercises with the ball.


TRX

TRX is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. Taylor Polli, a personal trainer and TRX instructor at Crunch gym, compares the workout to a simple version of Reformer Pilates or anti-gravity yoga. "Although this is whole-body suspension training, you use your core for all 45 minutes of the class."


Fitness Training

Fitness training balances five elements of good health. Make sure your routine includes aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, and flexibility and stretching.
